In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "ep92" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the ep92 online casino and sports betting platform operated at ep92.bet under international gaming authority oversight.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the ep92 platform or accesses any part of the ep92 website or services.

All financial transactions on ep92 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ep92 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ep92 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfer are credited to your ep92 PKR wallet upon confirmation from the respective payment processor. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own verified name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the requesting player. ep92 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the platform's payment policy section. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Full KYC verification (CNIC submission and approval) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

• Game Rules: Individual game rules for all casino titles, including Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and all slot titles, are accessible within the respective game interface. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ep92 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any point during the registration, KYC, or withdrawal process.
• Attempting to access another player's ep92 account without authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ep92 excludes all liability for:

Where ep92's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, ep92's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ep92 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ep92 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity documentation.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• A player's voluntary self-exclusion request.
• ep92's decision to withdraw services from a particular jurisdiction or player segment.

In cases of account closure due to breach of these terms, ep92 reserves the right to forfeit the full account balance, including both real money and bonus funds. In all other cases of account closure initiated by ep92, any verified real money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their last verified PKR payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the ep92 support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ep92 holds its international gaming authority licence.

In the first instance, ep92 encourages all players to attempt resolution of any dispute through the platform's internal dispute resolution process, which can be initiated by contacting the support team via live chat and formally logging a complaint. ep92 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 14 days.
